Verified
The business has confirmed its registration and PAN/VAT details with TeraiTrade before being listed. It's a baseline trust check, not a paid upgrade.
Gold
A Gold business is on a paid plan that includes featured placement, a richer profile page, and priority visibility in search, on top of being Verified. Gold status is billed and tracked through eSewa or Khalti, never fabricated.
Star ratings
Ratings are the average of real reviews left by logged-in buyers after an enquiry or order. A business with no reviews yet shows "No reviews yet," not an invented score.
